I dropped my car off at Meineke across the street and the donuts were beckoning to me. These are the donuts I enjoyed when I first moved away from home. I remember sipping coffee and smoking all night after downing a couple of donuts. The apple filled donut brings back memories. The cinnamon dusted on the outside is delicious. I feel like I'm 18 again thinking I had the world figured out and how most people were zombies who had no real control over their lives. More than twenty years later, I can see I became one of those zombies. It's no matter asking as I have Dunkin' Donuts.

I grew up on Dunkin' in CT. This franchise is everywhere on the east cost so the donuts there seem to be better there than here. At this location it's hit or miss when it comes to staff friendliness and the donuts. I rated this a 4 because I've had more pleasant than unpleasant experiences. I almost always order a chocolate sprinkled donut. Half the time the donut can be a bit dry and they skimp on the chocolate toping. I think if they sent a couple staff members for a donut making lesson by a successful franchise on the east coast, the rating on here will drastically improve. As for the coffee, they do a very good job making it! I always order a type of flavored latte and have no complaints. The coffee here actually gives you more of wake up call than Starbucks. I will continue to go to Dunkin' because Southern Maid and Krispy Kreme Donuts are way too sweet for my liking.

Good doughnuts, if you like the ultra-sweet, thick sugar coated doughnuts that DD is known for. Employees aren't super polite and tend to be a little short. Drive through is usually pretty quick.

Just like everyone else so far, my donuts were cold. In Shreveport-Bossier, companies are hard-pressed to compete with Southern Maid. So here are the positives: the coffee is good, the blueberry donuts are great, and the donut holes (or Munchkins) are good. In fact, Munchkins are the way to go at Dunkin' Donuts....jelly, cinnamon, chocolate, and blueberry...all were good. But in the donut form, they are just too dry. The only type of donut I'll buy from them, going forward, is blueberry. We bought each flavor (I had a car full of teenage boys and more at home to feed), so we were able to try them all. Don't waste your money on their glazed donuts...Go to Southern Maid instead!

Stopped here for breakfast. I got the #6 egg white flat combo. The flat was fresh, hot, and delicious. The hash browns were actually tator tots, but with a nice seasoned flavor, and the coffee was good. I agree with another reviewer, that they dont normally have hot donuts, but their breakfasts are hot and fresh made.

When I came back home to visit family, I was excited to see that Bossier City is stepping up and finally has a Dunkin'! Although I was raised on the hot, sugary goodness of Southern Maid, I have come to appreciate the cake type donuts that a Dunkin' offers, not to mention that many types of coffee drinks you can create. First, they offer a variety of flavors such as maple frosted and even bagels and muffins. I saw some lunch offerings as well but I was there for my personal favorite, a chocolate frosted sprinkle donut. Yum! The servers were all friendly. When I took my nine year old sister in for her first Dunkin' experience, she was overwhelmed and they offered her a few munchkins while she made her decision. She ended up going with a 4th of July manager's specialty which she said, "It tasted like red, white and blue. The strawberry, blueberry and then it had white taste". No idea what "white" was but you have to love the way a kid rates their food! Like I said, I enjoy the coffee options. You can do a good iced vanilla coffee for about two bucks and be satisfied. It's milder than Starbucks and half the price. Finally, I like that this one has a drive-thru. Just a hop and a skip from either Shreveport or Bossier and the service is quick. If you're used to Southern Maid, yes this will be different but sometimes different is worth a try!

As others have said, i am not a fan of cold donuts, but the coffee is good. If i am gonna get donuts, i will go to Southern Maid

For all users complaining about donuts being cold and hard that's how DD makes their donuts all over the world. I understand people are used to eating hot donuts around here but that's not how dunkin serves 'em. I really liked the customer service and I hope we get more Dunkins in LA.

Okay, so I believe this is Louisiana's one and only Dunkin' Donuts (I think) and it just opened on June 18th at the foot of the Jimmie Davis Bridge in Bossier City. We happened upon this place, after having to swing by the Plantation Place Post Office to mail off an RSVP for a wedding. Heading back to Shreveport, we (or I) got all giddy at the realization that this place was now open. We hit the drive thru around back of the store and I ordered 12 glazed. They weren't super busy at the moment, bout 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and only one vehicle in front of us at the drive thru. We got our box of glazed lickity-split and we were out and on our way back over the JD Bridge, back to the 'Port City. The donuts were cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. Got home. Nuked them one at a time. They were okay. Just ah-ight. I've had Dunkin' before, but these were just okay. I still MUCH prefer Southern Maid Doughnuts! They do take debit/credit cards here, and my dozen glazed ran me a shade over 8 bucks! I'm still glad Dunkin's here!

Very disappointed!! I was so excited to hear of a DD in town but this was not the quality I expected or was used to. My frozen drink was warm and my donut was dry. They did however happily remake my drink but it still wasn't frozen. It also did not taste like it was supposed to, even the second time around. Not TERRIBLE but don't expect what you're used to if you have ever been to a DD before.

Donuts were hard and dry. There was only one person working who was polite. You have to pay for water ( if you are going to sale stale donuts water should be free). Save your money and go else where. Turn back now, is not what you are expecting :-(

Wow! I just had a great experience. For the longest time, I had been waiting for a dunkin donuts to open here. The service that I just had this morning (July 4th morning) was excellent and the employee who helped me (I believe her name was Eman) was super nice. My dozen donuts which I took home for my wife and I and small dark coffee with three sugars tasted amazing. The coffee was hot and totally dunkin, the donuts were fresh and the frosting totally dunkin. They brought me back to when I was a child growing up in Virginia tasting my first donut (ok well maybe I don't remember that far back but it was probably pretty close to that). As usual, Dunkin did not disappoint.
